I notice that recently my husband wrote the following:
"Milliscent and I have been together for more years now than all the years of our childhoods that were not spent together. A very long time, a happy union that has stood strong longer than the vast majority of romantic relationships. In addition to the simple number of years we have shared together is the quality and connectedness of those years. We both own our own businesses. We always have. That seems to keep us together 24/7/365. Growth is inevitable in all relationships, and we have been blessed to grow together. It is amazing how much alike we have grown to be. In many ways we think alike, we talk alike, we know what will be said long before it is said."
He's right. We are strikingly similar. It's almost scary.
